Well i will aslo start.I am 32 years old,i live in the united kingdom, scotland,in the falkiek area,i have been researching the ufo phenmena for about a year now but i must say that i have always been fascinated by the supernatural and especially ufos and ets as i grew up near bonnybridge in falkirk when i was a young boy i would always hear stories of ufo etc,as some people on this forum know i have just recently had a ufo sighting, and i mean a very close encounter, how about 150 ft away from me.is that close enough, and also about the same in height,it was not the typical saucer shape of flasing revolving lights.it was basically a star like obkect which was very large,it is hard to judge but i wold say mabs the size of a large car but shaped like a sphere, the sphere itself gave off extremely massive amount of light but stayed the same ,ni flickering etc.it was not moving too fast and not too slow either,it seemed like it was jutr cruising ,does that sound mad? well that is what it was doing.any closer to me and it would have been right over my house,i was not scared atall,i was fascinated by it,my girl friend also witnessed this as i made sure i woke her to see this as i was not sure if she would have believed me and this is my girl friend im talking about here, well her reaction was different from mine.at first she asked me if that was a plane.after she said this she looked at me and said no carlos it isnt is it,i told her it looks to me like a ufo and i am 100 percent convinced it was.stake my life on it.infact i know it was.simple as that.it headed north rarely slow to the grangemouth area and i lost sight of it then.20 persons reported this sighting that night, well early morning.3 oclock.the tabloids mad a joke of it as usuall when i checked the following days to see what was wrote in the papers about the sightings.well baloons with candles, and im serious, hat was the official excuse......here is the news perort..Police swamped by wave of UFO sightings

A BUNCH of balloons sparked fears at the weekend that Scotland was being invaded by aliens.
Police were swamped with phone calls from locals worried about strange lights floating over their homes.
But inquiries soon revealed that planet Earth was safe. It turned out that guests at a party in the area had been tying candles to balloons and releasing them into the sky.
Police said: "It's a game where people make a wish and release the balloons, hoping their wish will come true. We had call after call saying it was UFOs."
Cops in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, received more than a dozen calls about the "aliens" on Saturday night.
Councillor Adrian Mahoney, who represents nearby Bo'ness, said: "It's obviously good news that in this case it wasn't an alien invasion.
"It's quite funny. I'm sure most sightings of UFOs have a rational explanation like this one."
Grangemouth is part of the notorious "Falkirk Triangle", where locals have been claiming for years to have spotted flying saucers. The town is about five miles from Scotland's UFO-sighting capital, Bonnybridge.
The chief UFO spotter in Bonnybridge, Falkirk councillor Billy Buchanan, said: "I got more than a dozen phone calls myself about these balloons but the police solved the mystery very quickly.
"It is quite funny and people can be quite easily confused. But at the end of the day there is definitely an ongoing phenomenon in this area."
Billy got hooked on UFOs after spotting a strange object in the sky over Bonnybridge in the early 90s.
He has since appeared on TV more than 270 times, with crews coming from as far as Japan and Russia to interview him.
UFO expert Nick Pope, who used to investigate sightings for the Ministry of Defence, said: "We have received reports about sightings in the Bonnybridge area. I was sceptical at first and, of course, the vast majority could quickly be discounted.
"But there were a small number of credible cases, where witnesses were police officers or pilots, for example, or where movement was captured on radar."
I'M BACK!!! and I agree with kirkster, time is of the essence! Perhaps I'm the first Asian to join this group? Ok more about me :)...
Hello all, I'm Alexander from the tiny and forever busy island of Singapore.
I'm a Malay Muslim, currently in my mid-twenties and have been interested in the topic of UFOs and ETs eversince I turned into a teenager. The initial spark for my interest comes from watching the documentary 'The Sightings' by Tim White in the mid Nineties. Before watching this particular documentary my mentality of UFOs and ETs are that they are just a figment of the human imagination as portrayed in shows such as Star Trek and Star Wars. But now I do believe that we are DEFINITELY not alone and there are already numerous justifiable proofs available just that the full disclosure is yet to be delivered.
I was also part of an underground paranormal investigator for close to a year. I did lots of exploration and studies of sites in Singapore that is reputably known to be haunted and I definitely had my fair share of being involved with the supernatural first hand. Perhaps if this site permits, I will share accounts of my spiritual encounters/disturbances. I also do have a few pictures that I personally snapped during my exploration in which some unknown 'figures' appeared that I think I might post if its ok (as I have to dig out for the only available softcopies).
It is a undeniable that almost all pure Asians are totally in sync only to the Spiritual concepts such as Ghosts, Djinns and the Devil. The topic of UFO is still not a familiar matter to the Asian lay man thus it is difficult for me to share or discuss whatever information that I had discovered or theorize locally as most would just disregard and comment that I have over indulged myself in Science Fiction . This was very much the case when I first started to immerse myself with the UFO/ET issues but fortunately most now are very much educated by the ever globalising media. However most Asians still take whatever news regarding UFOs/ETs as negligible but not ME! I'M quite the RADICALIST!
